Brad has the vision of creating an internal work environment that is the preferred choice of Recruitment Consultants and their Staff. Since becoming Managing Director in 2008, Brad has taken RecruitWest on a sustained path of growth and development, embracing Management development and Employee training as the centrepieces of team building. The results are reflected in the long-term business relationships nurtured, staff loyalty, and continued improvement of the RecruitWest service. Outside of the Office
Brad enjoys getting away from Perth for the weekend and going on camping trips with friends and family, and also enjoys sailing.

Ben de Chanéet
SouthWest Operations Manager
Ben’s Background
Ben has a background in Recruitment, Tourism, and the Construction Industry as a Carpenter.
Ben’s Role at RecruitWest
Ben is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Bunbury office, and focuses on developing long-standing working relationships with businesses throughout the South West. Ben works closely with his clients providing HR, IR, and WHS, solutions.
Outside of the Office
Ben’s passions involve the ocean and his family, and on weekends, you will always find him in, on, or around, the water, with his kids, surfing, sailing, or just having fun.

Rachel Ward
Operations Manager
Rachel’s Background
Rachel immigrated to Australia in 1988 and at the age of 18 headed up North looking for adventure, this led to an 8-year career as a fixed and mobile plant operator in the North West and Northern Territory.
Rachel’s Role at RecruitWest
Rachel joined the RecruitWest team in 2005 and her diverse background and experience have seen Rachel move from a Recruitment Consultant into the position of HR and WHS Manager. Her grass roots knowledge of the company and involvement in the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures have underpinned the service we provide today.
Outside of the Office
Rachel enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. She also enjoys reading and participating in a book club.

Jacinta Scannell
Accountant
Jacinta’s Background
Jacinta is a CPA-qualified Accountant with a background in accounting for iron ore mining, food service, airlines, travel, gas pipeline construction, public transport management, and now recruitment.
Jacinta’s Role at RecruitWest
Jacinta’s responsibilities include all facets of financial accounting; management reporting; statutory compliance (eg. ATO, BAS, PAYGW, Office of State Revenue, Superannuation, and CILSL); and Payroll.
Outside of the Office
Jacinta spends time with her three children, playing the piano, social tennis, and running for fitness. She is the Treasurer of her daughter’s calisthenics club (5th year on the executive committee) and enjoys supporting and watching the WA Ballet performances throughout each year.

Robert Warner-Stanton

Robert’s Background
Robert has worked for a range of organisations in operational and leadership capacities that encompass over 20 years, within the Blue & White-collar arenas. He is a seasoned professional with expertise in talent acquisition, Account Management, Leadership and with the training of new personnel to the team. He specialises in building upon key relationships and has a proven ability to service varied disciplines, tailoring a solution to suit each of his client’s individual requirements.
Robert’s Role at RecruitWest
Robert is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager which enables him to apply his solution focused approach to his client’s end to end recruitment, staffing and business relationship needs. This covers everything for Professional Services, Trades, FMCG, Logistics, Engineering, O&G, Mining, Manufacturing and everything in between.
Outside of the Office
Robert is full-on into the sport of Fencing. He’s the State’s Member Protection Coordinator, an importer of fencing products. He is also an Armourer, which is a cool name for someone who repairs/maintains the electronic fencing equipment and he does this for his club and high performing athletes. He’s an avid MOTOGP fan and motorcycle rider and enjoys, hiking, woodturning and relaxing with family and friends.

Toni Anderson

Toni’s Background
Toni has had over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing along with a strong Hospitality background. With this experience, she transitioned into Recruitment 3 years ago and has joined our team to focus on FIFO roles.
Toni’s Role at RecruitWest
Toni’s primary recruitment focus is blue collar FIFO, allowing her to fill roles such as Mining and Civil Mobile Plant Operators and Heavy Duty Fitters.
Outside of the Office
Toni enjoys the social side of life allowing her to explore the abundance of Cafés, Restaurants and Bars Perth has to offer. Not a fan of Summer she enjoys the winter months so she has an excuse to watch every AFL game she can get to or watch at home with friends.

Mira’s Background
Mira has a background in hospitality, with 11 years as a restaurant manager and experience with end-to-end high-volume recruitment strategies and processes.
Mira’s Role at RecruitWest
Mira is a bright and passionate individual dedicated to providing the highest quality of service both to clients and candidates. She is responsible for recruiting anything entry-level to high-skilled blue-collar roles within the Perth Metro space.

Mira spends her time with her family and friends. She finds great joy in software engineering specifically in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and SEO.

Nash’s role at RecruitWest
Nash’s role is Recruitment Resourcer and assists with screening candidates and booking interviews. Part of the role also includes database management to ensure that all profiles have the most recent candidate contact information, and resumes and that they are correctly skilled in their field of work.
Outside the office
“I love spending time with my family in nature and have a passion for cooking good food. I also enjoy fishing, camping and doing road trips – sometimes even to nowhere and back. In my free time, I do volunteer work with people suffering from drug and alcohol addictions and offer free counselling to anyone who needs someone to talk to about their struggles.”

Tyler’s Background
Tyler comes from a professional background with a mixture of retail, recruitment and general HR. He was born in NZ, travelled across the pond to QLD then travelled across the desert to WA to further his career in recruitment.
Tyler’s role at RecruitWest
As a part of the Metro Team, Tyler is involved in the end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue and white collar positions around the Perth metropolitan area particularly in the logistics and warehousing sector. With his ‘give it a go’ attitude, he strives to maintain lasting professional relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Outside the office
Tyler’s oddball passion is geography (both physical and political) and spent a great deal of time learning the names of all the world’s countries and is now learning all of the flags – to varying levels of success. He’s also fond of spending time with loved ones and enjoying new experiences around Perth.

Kelli’s Background
Kelli has worked for several different companies over the years in different industries and likes the challenges that being part of a recruitment agency brings, thriving on working in a team environment.
Kelli’s Role at RecruitWest
Kelli looks after the daily administration duties and assists all staff members where help as required. She also looks after the marketing and promotion of RecruitWest, as well as the job vacancies, and loves to greet candidates and visitors to the office.
Outside of the Office
Kelli keeps busy working at Perth Racing Saturdays and spends Sundays catching up with friends/family and is a dedicated, one-eyed West Coast Eagles supporter.

During her work career, Julia has held various administrative roles with several engineering companies and enjoys the challenges of working in the recruitment industry.

In her roles as Reception she is the face of RecruitWest. From welcoming clients with a smile, completing administration duties to assisting the RecruitWest Team where possible.
