Experienced Excavator Operator with Civil Construction Expertise

Are you an experienced Excavator Operator with a strong background in civil construction?

Join the RecruitWest Team and contribute to major civils projects across various sites north and south of the river. We’re looking for top quality operators for various roles, you will need demonstrated experience on Civil, Drainage and/or Infrastructure projects

Key Requirements:

• Current Driver’s Licence
• Construction Industry (White) Card
• Excavator Operator Ticket
• Sewer and drainage experience
• Commitment to OHS and Quality Standards
• Final Trim and GPS proficiency
• Minimum 2 years experience in Civil Construction in Australia

Preferred Experience:

• Civil earthworks
• Stormwater drainage
• Subdivisions, wall footings, drainage
• GPS and Final Trim

• Excellent work ethic and pride in your work
• Great initiative and high organisational skills
• Culturally aligned and effective in team settings
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
