Job Title: Concrete Footpath Labourer
Location: Perth Metro – various site to site locations
Employment Type: Casual, full-time hours (38–50 per week)
Pay Rate:  $37.50/hr + travel paid.

RecruitWest is seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Footpath Labourer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up forms for concrete sidewalks
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
• Monitor the curing process to ensure a strong and durable finish
• Operate equipment such as cement mixers, power trowels and hand tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in concrete work, specifically sidewalks, kerbing
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring and finishing techniques
• A current WA Driver’s Licence
• WA White Card
• Reliable transportation to various job sites across Perth Metro
