Administration Allrounder

Position: Administrator Allrounder
Location: Malaga, WA
Employment Basis: Full-time 
Working Week: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediate

Our client provides advanced water heating solutions, high performance solar power systems and cost-effective and efficient air conditioning systems throughout Australia and oversees. They are looking for an experienced Administration Allrounder to work in their head office  located in Malaga.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones and managing email correspondence.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and payables as required using Unleashed and Xero
  • Coordinate space and office organisation
  • Support the team with various office duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Business / Business Administration or equivalent is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Flexible problem-solver who has superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge and exposure to accounting and invoicing
  • Experience using Xero and Unleashed
  • Experience in a similar role

About the Role:

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Working week is Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
  • Malaga location
  • Attractive salary range $72K-$75K
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Free parking
