Formwork Supervisor – Civil Infrastructure Projects
Location: Perth Metro & Surrounds
Pay:  $150K-$170K, based on experience and qualifications
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10-hour days 
Start Date: Immediate

Are you a hands-on Formwork Supervisor ready to step into a rewarding project-based role?

RecruitWest is currently seeking an experienced and motivated supervisor to lead formwork crews on major infrastructure projects across the greater Perth metropolitan area.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven supervisory experience in civil concrete construction
  (eg earthworks, footings, slabs, precast, culverts)
• In-depth understanding of concrete practices including reinforcement, formwork systems, finishing, and curing
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work fronts
• Sound knowledge of construction schedules and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with site safety processes including toolbox talks and risk assessments
• Basic computer literacy for data entry, timesheets, and reporting
• RIW, UGL, or similar project-specific inductions (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communication and team management skills
