Our client in West Kalgoorlie specialises in logistics operations for the mining and civil engineering industries, with a particular focus on underground operations. For the next three weeks, they have a requirement for a highly proficient counterbalance forklift operator to carry out a swath of stores and manual handling duties.

What Are The Job Duties?

• Using counterbalance forklifts to load/unload trucks and move goods throughout the warehouse area
• Manual pick packing, wrapping and strapping of pallets, and general receival tasks (using RF scanners and stock tracking software)
• Minor housekeeping/cleaning tasks as required

What Are The Details?

• Payrate of $32.31 per hour
• Working hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Three weeks of employment
• West Kalgoorlie location
• Immediate start

What Do I Need?

• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
• High risk forklift ticket (LF)
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a stores environment
• Capability to lift/move heavy goods
• Immediate availability
