RecruitWest is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of civil works across multiple metro locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily site records, QA documentation and inspection/test plans
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure compliance with scope and quality standards
• Assist in cost tracking, forecasting and reporting in collaboration with project and commercial teams

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
• 2–5 years of experience in civil construction, ideally involving concrete and earthworks
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
• A proactive mindset, solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• RIW, UGL or similar project inductions (desirable but not essential)
