Experienced Servicepersons – FIFO Mining

We’re looking for experienced Mining Service Persons to join long-term operations in the Goldfields and Mid-West, supporting a modern production fleet across busy FIFO mining sites.

These roles suit experienced hands who know heavy mobile plant, can work without being micromanaged and understand the importance of keeping gear fuelled, serviced and production-ready every shift.

Your Role
Working within the site maintenance team, responsibilities include:

• Refuelling and servicing heavy mining equipment
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and field servicing
• Identifying faults and reporting defects
• Supporting breakdown response when required
• Maintaining safe and efficient work practices across site
• Equipment Exposure
• Experience working around the following fleet is highly regarded:
  • CAT, Komatsu and Volvo machinery
  • Haul Trucks
  • Dozers
  • Graders
  • Excavators

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12-months mining experience as a Service Person
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability
• Experience servicing heavy mobile plant in production environments
• Ability to work independently and within maintenance crews
• Manual HR Driver’s Licence
• Clean current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Permanent Australian working rights
• Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic
