Safety Roofing Supervisor

RecruitWest is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Roofing Supervisor to work directly for our client. This is a QHSE role at its core, that has an option/capacity for project supervisory duties to be carried out as a secondary/fill-in requirement.

Responsibilities will include:

• Spearhead the implementation of QHSE initiatives across multiple roofing projects
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits
• Investigate and report safety incidents, near misses and quality defects, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support site teams in understanding and complying with risk assessments, SWMS and safety documentation
• Monitor and promote continuous improvement in quality assurance and safety culture across the workforce
• Maintain up-to-date safety, environmental and quality records for compliance and reporting purposes
• Assist with onboarding and training of new workers in relation to site-specific QHSE requirements

Benefits include:

• Monday to Friday (38-40hr/wk), plus ad-hoc weekends when required
• Annual salary of $100K-$110K
• Incentive scheme to be implemented after probation period

• Sites locations across Perth metro areas (potential for ad-hoc regional)

What are the requirements?

• Cert III or IV in Work Health & Safety or similar
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Full Australian working rights – essential
• First Aid & CPR (preferred)
• Incident investigation/internal auditor training (preferred)
