What We Are Looking For:

We need a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in attracting candidates in the competitive Civil Construction and Mining sector or similar industry. Strong recruitment experience, relationship-building skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate possesses high self-motivation, efficient recruitment techniques and a commitment to outstanding client service. You will be a hunter, leaving no stone unturned to find the right candidate for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise effective communication in Recruitment and Client/Candidate Management
• Collaborate with the team and optimise client potential
• Provide outstanding commitment to service, ensuring fast, efficient and accurate recruitment results
• Proactive recruitment and talent pooling
• Floating suitable candidates to your network of clients
• Mix a variety of Civil Construction and Mining positions, finding the right fit for clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Proven track record in attracting Civil Construction and Mining candidates
• Demonstrated recruitment experience and strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High level of self-motivation and commitment to service
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

About the Role:

• Position Type: Permanent, full-time
• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• ASAP start
