About the Role:

Become a Power Station Operator/Maintainer and dive into the heart of their operations. You’ll master the intricacies of reciprocating engines and power generation equipment, including Diesel, Gas Turbine and potentially, even Solar and Wind. With 15 diverse sites across Australia, each offering unique setups, you’ll gain unparalleled experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Become a maintenance maestro: Tackle routine and breakdown maintenance, keeping power stations humming
• Master control: Manage power generation and engine management systems, ensuring peak performance
• Diagnose like a detective: Hone your fault-finding and troubleshooting skills to keep issues at bay
• Analyse with finesse: Deep-dive into equipment and systems, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Become a reporting ace: Craft internal and external reports, driving operational excellence
• Be the on-call hero: Respond to after-hours faults and breakdowns during your site rotations

Who you are:

• A certified mechanic: Hold a relevant Mechanical Trade Certificate and possess a thirst for continuous learning
• A license to roam: Navigate Australia’s varied landscapes with a current WA C class Driver’s Licence
• Ready to respond: Be equipped with a First Aid certificate and clear National Police Clearance and Pre-employment Medical
• Open to possibilities: Thrive in unsupervised environments and embrace the challenges of diverse locations
• A master communicator: Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and confidently utilise Microsoft Office tools
