About the role:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to craft exceptional pastries, cakes and desserts that reflect their bakery’s high standards and unique character. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing?

• Create and prepare a wide range of high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts and baked goods, adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items.
• Manage inventory, order supplies and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure efficient production and smooth operations.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic precision.

What you’ll need:

• Certificate III qualification in Baking and a minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery are essential.
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends if required.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and artistic flair.
