Join a locally owned, growing Stock Feed manufacturer as an experienced Office Manager. Lead their Administration Team and contribute to their continued success. This hands-on senior role reports directly to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support business growth
  • Prepare and report on financials, including income statements, balance sheets, payroll and cash flow
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll and employee benefits
  • Supervise and mentor the Finance and Admin teams
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, from HR to WorkSafe and environmental audits
  • Collaborate with external consultants to maintain HR policies and OHS standards

What You Need To Bring

  • Prior experience in supervising an administration team
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and business management
  • Advanced skills in MYOB and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Desirable

  • HR Management and/or OHS Management experience
  • Accounting Qualification
  • Experience in manufacturing or heavy haulage compliance

Working Hours

  • Full time Monday to Friday
  • Must be available for additional hours for month-end, year-end and project-specific tasks. Holiday blackout periods may apply
