Office Manager – Finance & Administration
Join a locally owned, growing Stock Feed manufacturer as an experienced Office Manager. Lead our administration team and contribute to our continued success. This hands-on senior role reports directly to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support business growth
- Prepare and report on financials, including income statements, balance sheets, payroll and cash flow
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll and employee benefits
- Supervise and mentor the finance and admin team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, from HR to WorkSafe and environmental audits
- Collaborate with external consultants to maintain HR policies and OHS standards
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and business management
- Advanced skills in MYOB and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in supervising an administration team
Desirable:
- HR Management and/or OHS Management experience
- Accounting Qualification
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy haulage compliance
Working Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Must be available for additional hours for month-end, year-end and project-specific tasks. Holiday blackout periods may apply
