We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Bibra Lake. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including the entry of sales data and basic accounting duties. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones and managing correspondence.
  • Accurately enter sales data into our systems.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks; a keen interest or prior knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping is advantageous.
  • Support the team with various office duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
