RecruitWest is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for an upcoming Mineral Sands project with a mid-September start.

Positions Available:

• Moxi (Articulated Dump Truck – Bells)
• Loader Operators (Komatsu WA500 / CAT 988)
• Dozer Operators (CAT D6, D7, D8)
• Excavator Operators (CAT 320–390 / Hitachi 50T–90T)
• Watercart Operators (CAT 740)
• Grader Operator (CAT 16 – please apply if you have experience)

Key Details:

• Drive-in Drive-out: Ideal for workers based in Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Vasse, Margaret River or Bunbury
• Roster: 9 days on / 5 days off
• Hours: 12-hour shifts
• No formal tickets required – VOCs completed on site

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience operating civil/mobile plant machinery
• Ability to work safely and effectively on long shifts
• Residing preferably within 30–40 minutes drive of site
• Positive, team-first attitude
