RecruitWest is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Crusher / Loader Operator to join our client’s established mining operation in the Mid-West of Western Australia.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator looking for long-term work, a solid 2&1 roster and the opportunity to transition from temp-to-permanent employment.

The Opportunity

• 2&1 FIFO roster from Perth (1 week days, 1 week nights)
• $63 per hour
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Immediate start available

Your Role

• Operating a mobile crushing plant, with Stryker or Terex experience highly regarded
• Operating a loader as required
• Completing pre-start checks and routine plant inspections
• Following site safety procedures and operational requirements
• Maintaining clear communication with the site and production crew
• Working safely and efficiently as part of an experienced mining team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12-months’ experience working with fixed or mobile crushing plants
• Previous Mobile Crusher Operator experience
• Stryker or Terex crushing plant experience highly regarded
• Loader operating experience
• Strong understanding of mining safety procedures
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic
• Permanent Australian working rights are essential
