Are you an experienced Tyre Fitter ready to step up into a leadership role? Want to stay hands-on while also mentoring a team?

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Leading Hand to oversee their Kewdale Workshop.

The Role:

As Leading Hand, you’ll guide a small team of Tyre Fitters, ensuring top-quality service for truck, bus, and passenger vehicles.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll support, train and assist the team while keeping safety and efficiency a top priority.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong tyre industry experience – ideally in a leadership role
🔹 A safety-first mindset and high attention to detail
🔹 Motivated team player with great communication skills
🔹 Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology
🔹 C-Class (HC preferred) Driver’s Licence
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality work
