Position: Grader Operator
Locations: SOR and NOR
Salary: $41.50-$45 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

Our client is a well-established company specialising in construction, landscaping and earthworks projects across Perth Metro.

They take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe and productive work environment and are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders efficiently and safely for earthworks and material movement.
• Perform bulk earthworks, site preparation and land grading.
• Maintain equipment by performing daily pre-start checks and reporting faults.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grader Operator
• Valid relevant Grader Ticket
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
