Freight Forwarding Supervisor

RecruitWest is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Supervisor for our global shipping and logistics client based in Canning Vale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in freight forwarding to lead a dynamic team, manage key client relationships, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily freight forwarding operations and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Act as main contact for key clients, solving issues and building long-term relationships
• Manage invoicing, documentation and data accuracy
• Drive cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
• Support training and performance management of team members

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years’ experience in a freight forwarding supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of shipping/logistics operations (maritime a plus)
• Great communication and attention to detail
• Skilled in MS Office and ability to pick up internal systems quickly
• Valid C Class WA Driver’s Licence
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
