Seeking Fish Filleters – Immediate Start
Location: Canning Vale, WA
Pay Rate: $34/hr, paid weekly
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm
Employment Basis: Ongoing, full-time

Duties Include:

• Filleting various fish types to precise specifications
• Removing pin bones and preparing cuts to required standards
• Handling and maintaining a range of specialist filleting knives
• Working with mesh gloves and other safety equipment
