Title: FIFO Field Service Technician – Electrical Power Station
Roster: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off ex Perth
Locations:  Variety of WA and NT Power Stations.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking to expand our existing maintenance team with qualified Electrical Tradespersons to work on a variety of mine sites in WA and NT.

You will be working within the technical operations group and this position has the responsibility of executing planned and unplanned electrical/technical works on the equipment within our client’s energy’s power stations.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced fault find/trouble shoot and analysis of power generation equipment and associated ancillary equipment
• Assist with planning and scheduling of work activities.
• Assist with producing project estimates, quotations and proposals.
• Provide feedback and information as required for the senior management. 
• Go-getter: Embrace travel to remote sites and be prepared for rapid mobilisation when needed.
• Safety First: Be the champion of safety on and off-site, adhering to strict protocols and promoting a culture of risk awareness.

Your Qualifications:

• Experienced pro: Possess 5+ years of post-trade experience within the power generation industry
• Hold valid electrical licenses for both WA and NT
• PLC whisperer: Demonstrate proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Troubleshoot and program ComAp controllers to suit diesel and gas power station applications
• Proven technical knowledge
• Good diagnostic skills
• BESS experience
