We’re recruiting experienced Production Excavator Operators for a well-established, WA-owned mining contractor with multiple open-pit gold projects across the Mid-West and Goldfields.

This is an opportunity to get onto serious production equipment, work with a solid crew and secure ongoing work with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway.

The Role

You’ll be working in a hard rock, open-pit production environment, operating large excavators as part of an experienced production crew.

This is a hands-on role suited to operators who can work safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of production, housekeeping and machine care.

Equipment on Site

• Komatsu PC1250 Excavators
• Komatsu PC2000 Excavators

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 12-months’ recent open-pit hard rock mining experience
• Proven experience operating 120–200T excavators
• Strong production mining experience
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current or recent National Police Clearance
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production-focused crew
• Two recent, contactable references
