Excavator / Loader Operator All Rounders – $60/hr | 2&1 Days Only | Dalgaranga Short-Term 2-3 Months Mining Opportunity 

Looking for a short-term run without committing to a long-term mining gig?

We’re looking for two experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join a mining operation at Dalgaranga on a 2&1 roster – dayshift only, commencing late August 2026.

This is a hands-on role suited to Operators who are confident around a processing environment and happy to jump between operating and general site duties when required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a 30T Excavator feeding waste material into a screening plant
• Operating a 980 Loader or similar loading screened material into a paste plant for underground operations
• Assisting with general maintenance and mechanical upkeep around the screening plant
• Keeping the plant and work area running safely and efficiently
• Pitching in with other site duties as required

The ideal Operators will have

• Solid experience operating 30T Excavators and/or 980 Loaders
• Previous mining or processing plant experience
• A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to get hands-on
• A good understanding of safe mining practices
• Dump Truck and/or Watercart experience would be a bonus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Current tickets and licences relevant to the role
• MUST HAVE
  • Valid WA Driver’s Licence
  • Clean and currentPolice Clearance
  • Ability to pass a Medical and DAS
