We’re building a strong crew of experienced Dozer Operators for long-term hard rock mining projects across WA’s Goldfields.

If you’re an experienced CAT D9 or D10 Operator who knows production mining, takes pride in doing a good job and wants consistent long-term work with a solid crew — we want to hear from you.

You’ll be operating a modern CAT D9/D10 fleet in a hands-on production environment, working alongside experienced operators and supervisors.

The Role

Working in a hard rock gold mining environment, your duties will include:

• Production dozer operations
• Pit clean-ups and floor preparation
• Tip head management
• GPS machine operation
• Working to production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• General support to the production mining crew

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Minimum 12-months’ recent open pit production mining experience
• Proven experience operating CAT D9 and/or D10 Dozers
• Hard rock mining or quarry production experience
• GPS operating experience — highly regarded
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months, or ability to obtain
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Two (2) recent, contactable work references
