About the Role
Are you an experienced Crusher Fitter looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? Our client, a respected ASX-listed company, operates across 30+ sites with a team of over 900 professionals. They provide critical services such as:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Crusher Fitter, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining and repairing crucial equipment. Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues on crushing equipment, mobile plant and light vehicles
• Conducting routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure safe operations
• Dismantling, repairing and reassembling equipment components as needed
• Troubleshooting diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Using diagnostic tools for efficient assessments and repairs
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Working closely with your team to achieve project goals while adhering to safety standards

Equipment You’ll Work With:

• Terex Finlay and Striker Crushing Equipment
• Various mobile plant and light vehicles

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with heavy-duty mechanics, including trucks, mobile plant, or similar machinery
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems and transmissions
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to safety
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• High Risk Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
• National Police Clearance (site-dependent)
