We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our clients team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive supervisory experience in road construction, subdivisions and underground services within the Perth Metro area.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of civil construction supervisory experience
• Demonstrated skills in HSE and Quality Control
• Strong management skills with the ability to build and lead successful teams
• Experience in above ground earthworks and underground utility installation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and manage time efficiently
• Construction Induction Card

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee road construction, subdivisions and underground services projects
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with HSE and quality standards
• Manage and lead a team to achieve project goals
• Coordinate above ground earthworks and underground utility installations
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion
