Civil Labourers & Operators – North & South of the River | Perth / WA

We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Plant Operators for upcoming subdivision and civil projects across Perth and surrounding areas. 

This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work with reputable contractors across a variety of civil projects.

Roles Available:

• General Labourers
• Excavator Operators
• Loader Operators
• Grader Operators
• Roller Operators
• Bobcat Operators
• Multi-Skilled Civil Plant Operators

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with site preparation, clean-up, and material handling
• Operating machinery across earthworks, drainage, and subdivision works
• Moving and stockpiling materials safely around the site
• Supporting crews with trenching, drainage, and subdivision work
• Following safety procedures and site induction requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Based in Perth or surrounding areas
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Relevant licences/tickets (C-Class Driver’s Licence, Excavator, Loader, Forklift, Working at Heights as applicable)
• Previous civil, subdivision, or drainage site experience preferred
• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to complete site inductions and pass Drug & Alcohol screen
