Position:  Carpenter – Shutdown Work
Location: Collie, WA
Employment Basis: Temporary position
Start Date: Immediate

RecruitWest is seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team for an upcoming shutdown at the power station, doing maintenance on the Cooling Towers. This is a temporary position available with an immediate start.
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, cutting, fitting and installing various materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Adhere to strict safety regulations and procedures
• Work as part of a team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of building techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid trade qualifications and licenses
