We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bobcat Operator to join our client’s dynamic team.   They are a well-established company specialising in construction, landscaping and earthworks who pride themselves in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Position Overview:

The Bobcat Operator will be responsible for operating a wheeled bobcat and padfoot roller efficiently and safely on various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthmoving and construction work, with a focus on safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a wheeled bobcat and padfoot roller for earthmoving and site preparation tasks
• Conduct pre-operational checks and regular maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Follow site plans and instructions to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Work closely with the site team to achieve project goals and maintain a productive work environment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bobcat Operator, specifically with wheeled bobcats and padfoot rollers
• Valid relevant license/certification eg Heavy Equipment Operator’s Licence
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
