All Rounder – HR Driver, Labourer, Civil Operator

We’re seeking a physically fit and experienced All-Rounder to join our team, working on ground preparation for a variety of commercial sites, including car parks, schools and bus stations. This role offers a great mix of operating plant, driving and labouring, ensuring a varied and engaging workday.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role requiring a versatile individual comfortable with a range of tasks.

Your time will be split approximately as follows:

• Mobile Plant Operation (60%): Operating small loaders, diggers, bobcats, uni-loaders, and posi-tracks. Relevant tickets are essential
• Driving (20%): Driving a truck with a Road Ranger gearbox, delivering road base, sand, concrete and removing rubbish
• Labouring (20%): General labouring duties, such as ripping up lawns, marking out levels and preparing ground for asphalt laying in areas inaccessible by machinery

Responsibilities:

• Operate various mobile plant machinery safely and efficiently
• Drive a truck with a Road Ranger gearbox for deliveries and waste removal
• Perform general labouring duties as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum HR Licence: Essential
• Road Ranger Gearbox Experience: Essential
• Physical Fitness: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour
• Experience Operating Mobile Plant: Tickets for small loaders, diggers, bobcats, uni-loaders and posi-tracks are required
• Reliable and Punctual: Must be able to start at 6am
• Strong Work Ethic: A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team are essential
