Full-time Administration Role

Our client, a Community Housing Organisation is seeking a dedicated professional for a general Administration position. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor and Inquiry Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and general inquiries
- Answer and appropriately direct all calls
- Content Creation and Reporting:
- Gather information and write engaging blogs for their website
- Assist in the creation of annual reports
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain document control, record keeping and archiving
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
- Perform company secretarial duties, including minute-taking
- Event Coordination:
- Organise meetings and community engagement events
- Promote and network to the wider community.
- Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- High level of drive, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional written and advanced verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a respectful approach to individuals and groups
- Current WA Driver’s License
