Our client in Rivervale is looking for two experienced Administrators to work in an ongoing capacity with an immediate start. They specialise in the design, maintenance and installation of a wide range of fire detection technology systems. If you’d like to know more, we encourage you to read on.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Invoicing clients using Xero software and recording information on invoice registers
  • Providing customer service to commercial clients and customers over the phone
  • General filing, scanning and photocopying duties
  • Labelling and naming reports accordingly on the client database
  • Daily use of Excel for data entry purposes and potentially creating formulas for data calculations

What Do I Need?

  • Your own consistent transport to and from Rivervale
  • Full Australian working rights
  • No qualification required (though relevant admin qualifications are desirable)
