Plant Operators – Civil Construction

We’re seeking experienced ivil operators to join our team delivering large-scale projects across Perth’s suburbs.

Pay & Benefits

• $47.50/hr – GPS Final Trim Operators & Drainers
• $44.50/hr – Final Trim Operators
• $38.06/hr – Water Cart, Roller & Moxy Operators
• $21.94 daily travel allowance + $19.00 meal allowance after 9.1 hrs worked
• Long-term job security with consistent projects
• Project Locations: NOR northern corridor, Yanchep, Alkimos, Wellard, Lakelands, Southern River

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Excavators for digging, trenching and leveling
• Operate Loaders for truck loading, road base prep and pad trimming
• Work safely around underground services (gas, water, electricity)
• Read and follow project plans/specifications
• Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance
• Uphold strict safety standards on site

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil construction (excavator operation essential)
• Proven safe work history around underground services
• Current machinery tickets and licences
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work long shifts (10+ hrs weekdays, 6 hrs Saturdays)
